Conditions were cool and overcast as the peloton made it's way towards Motherwell on the outskirts of Port Elizabeth during stage three of the Cell C Tour of South Africa from Nelson Mandela Stadium to Summerstrand in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, South Africa on the 21st February 2011.
