The run into Port Elizabeth was characterized by a vicious cross wind that had the lead bunch of twenty riders spread across the road during stage three of the Cell C Tour of South Africa from Nelson Mandela Stadium to Summerstrand in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, South Africa on the 21st February 2011.
