Ashirwad Behera, sceretary OCA addresses a press conference after the match was called off. The fourth Star Sports Series One Day International (ODI) between India and Australia held at the JSCA International Cricket Stadium, Ranchi on the 23rd October 2013 was called due to wet ground conditions, without a ball being bowled.
